These terms govern your use of trayamopus.com. The website is operated by TrayamOpus RegTech Private Limited, a company incorporated in India (“TrayamOpus”, “we”, “us”). By using the website, you agree to these terms.

1Scope and current status

These terms cover this website only. TrayamOpus products, diagnostics, pilots and other services are provided only under a separate written agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these website terms, the separate agreement prevails.

TrayamOpus is currently working with selected enterprises and partners. Product availability, scope, features, deliverables and service terms are confirmed only through the applicable written agreement.

2Information on this website

The website describes our company, areas of work and product direction in general terms. It is not an offer and, except for these terms governing website use, website content does not itself create a customer, advisory or service contract.

Content is provided for general information. It is not legal, tax, accounting or other professional advice, and reading it does not create an advocate-client or other professional advisory relationship. TrayamOpus is not a law firm.

Acts, rules, notifications and other official texts remain subject to their own legal status. We do not claim ownership of public statutory or government material merely because we refer to it.

5Information you send us

Please do not send confidential information, credentials or personal data about other people through a general enquiry unless we have agreed an appropriate channel or confidentiality arrangement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, receiving unsolicited material does not create a duty of confidentiality or an obligation to use, compensate for or act on that material.
